About Us

Since its inception in 1997, the lady boss has expanded her business from a few tables and chairs to 4 branches today. The process has been arduous. Rui Cha's soup base uses peppermint, basil leaves, peanuts, tea leaves and ku li xin grinded into a paste, ready to pour hot, piping water into it upon customers' orders. It is unable to make into hot soup as the nutrition in vegetables would be lost.
